These Terms govern the Bucket website at bucketfit.com and its waitlist, operated by Better Day Labs, LLC ("Bucket," "we," "us," or "our"). By joining the waitlist after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not join the waitlist.
Who may join
The waitlist is for adults age 18 or older who reside in the United States. Use an email address you control, provide accurate information, and do not sign up someone else without their permission.
What the waitlist offers
Bucket is currently in waitlist mode. The app is not yet available. Joining the waitlist lets you receive emails about the launch and possible invitations when access becomes available.
Joining is free. It does not create an app account, start a trial or paid subscription, authorize a charge, or require you to purchase anything. It does not guarantee an invitation, a particular place in line, a launch date, any specific feature, or future pricing.
Descriptions, screenshots, and previews show a product in development. Features and availability may change. We may change, pause, or discontinue the waitlist or our launch plans. Any future app access or paid offering will be subject to the terms presented for that offering at that time.
Email and privacy
When you join, you request Bucket launch updates and invitation emails. You may stop those emails or leave the waitlist at any time using the opt-out method in an email or by contacting hello@bucketfit.com.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information relating to the website and waitlist.
Acceptable use
You may use the website and signup form for lawful purposes. Do not submit spam or malicious code, impersonate others, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access or remove submissions reasonably believed to violate these Terms or threaten the website's security.
Automated access and AI agents
You may use an AI assistant, accessibility tool, or other automated tool to read our public website or help you join the waitlist. A tool submitting information on someone's behalf must have that person's permission, and the person must meet our eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms. Using a tool does not expand the permissions granted by these Terms.
Search engines and tools that help people discover or summarize our public pages may access them, subject to reasonable request limits and applicable crawler instructions.
You must not use automation to submit unsolicited or bulk signups, harvest personal information, access nonpublic information, bypass security controls or access restrictions, or interfere with the website. Except where permitted by applicable law, bulk collection of our content for resale, redistribution, or training machine-learning models requires our prior written permission.
We may limit or block automated activity that violates these rules or threatens the website's security or availability. If your legitimate tool is blocked, contact hello@bucketfit.com.
Website content and feedback
The website's branding, text, images, and other content belong to Better Day Labs, LLC or their respective owners. You may view the website and use it for personal, noncommercial purposes. We also permit the discovery and summarization activities described in the Automated access and AI agents section. Other uses require the relevant owner's permission unless permitted by law.
If you voluntarily send suggestions about Bucket, you allow us to use those suggestions to improve the website or product without payment or an obligation to implement them. This does not give us permission to publish your name, contact details, or private correspondence as a testimonial.
Third-party tools and links
We use Tally for the signup form and Hostinger for website hosting. Their availability may affect the website or waitlist. Third-party websites linked from our website have their own terms and privacy practices.
Fitness information
Any fitness-related information or product previews on the website are general information, not personalized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a fitness prescription. The waitlist does not provide coaching or medical services. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your individual health or exercise needs.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the website and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Better Day Labs, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or waitlist. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these Terms takes away mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the website and waitlist evolve. We will post the revised Terms and effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes to existing waitlist members. Changes will apply prospectively, and we will request agreement where required by law. You may leave the waitlist at any time.
Questions and disputes
If you have a question or concern, contact us at hello@bucketfit.com. We welcome the opportunity to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or bringing a claim in a court with jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
